What People Are Saying

“Babydoll’s Honor is a true delight to read. Kent Walsh has a charming way with words. His simple and colorful style invites the reader into the life of a young boy, Kevin Walker, where the reader is happy to remain. The friendship between Kevin and his horse, Babydoll, warms the heart. Anyone, young or old, who has ever dreamed of a special friendship with a horse, will not want to put down Babydoll’s Honor until the entire book is read.”

“Babydoll’s Honor will warm your heart. With a dog named Nishka, a horse named Sneeze, and a loving nuclear family living simply in a trailer (with hopes for a real house someday) on 32 acres in rural Washington, this story and the author’s direct and unassuming style will draw you inexorably under its spell. And when you’ve finished it, a tear of joy might escape your eye for Kevin Walker, his remarkable horse Babydoll, and the way he transformed the small town of Yacolt.”

A true story; provides encouragement to readers.
Reality is a harsh mistress, and too often people find this out early in life. "Disrupted Ambitions" is the story of a young athlete who, in spite of a debilitating medical condition, seeks to claim his dream of being an amateur wrestling champion. Ulcers can prove to be quite the serious condition for young athletes; "Disrupted Ambitions" explores this ailment through a true story, and provides encouragement to readers.

Night Before Christmas” by Kent D. Walsh “Uncle Kent” is
a magical, captivating story. This is a wonderfully descriptive and inspiring
Christmas book that teaches us that we, no matter how small, all have something “great” within
